| S Vijay Venkatesh (Founder and Managing Director - Syscon Solutions Private Limited, vijay@syscon-solutions.com ) has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Adyar, Channai in the year 1983.
After his Diploma, Vijay had worked for over 13 years for various Manufacturing Industries like English Electric Company of India., S&S Power switchgear Limited, TVS Linings Limited, Harita Industries (Group of TVS Suzuki) and Bakelite Hylam Limited., His experience covers the functional areas like Purchase, Production Planning ,Inventory and Accounts Payable.
With his domain expertise, in the Year 1996 Vijay had co-founded Syscon. Syscon is a product oriented software development company based at Hyderabad, India. Syscon promotes its own ERP product, Syscon Cronus for Small and Medium Enterprises. Syscon Cronus is Cost Effective, Non- Complex, Easy to Learn with Long-term support.
He has overall 26 years of experience in the Industry and is an Information technology evangelist in taking IT to SMEs. |

He moved to IAEC PUMPS LTD as Works Manager for 4 years. He thereafter has been a consultant in LPG cylinder Manufacturing for 4 years and then started his own venture to produce 1 million two & three wheeler clutches & assemblies for BAJAJ auto ltd ,LML LTD , ESCORTS & MICOBOSCH and exported to south east asian countries,for more than two decades. He was awarded by HMA & GOVT. OF AP FOR THE BEST ENTEPRENEURSHIP.
He represented Govt OF AP at LASVEGAS USA and GOVT OF INDIA AT JAKARTA, INDONESIA, and widely traveled.
He is a practicing Master BLACK BELT IN SIX SIGMA AND TRAINED IN LEAN by BMG LONGMONT USA.

Now as a Promoter at GMP Pharma Consultants, He has been functioning as a Consultant and Trainer for the past fourteen years for Allopathic API and Formulation, Intermediate, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic Formulations and Food Manufacturers
Is a permanent visiting faculty in Vishnu College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram, where he teaches post graduate students.

Ganesh Mahadevan, a graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT – Bombay and an MBA from NITT, is an expert in improving processes and delivering sustained growth in business performance through implementation of Lean Management.
Ganesh started his career in the aluminium industry where he worked in the production and quality assurance functions on the shop floor. He is an expert in sheet metal casting and processing for critical product applications like foil and lithographic sheets.
He then had a 4 year stint with Deloitte, one of the largest audit and consulting firms in the world, where he did process improvement assignments across multiple industrial sectors. He has been trained and is certified in “Consulting Skills” and the “Business Process Redesign” and “Activity Based Costing” proprietary methodologies of Deloitte.
Since 2007 he is with KANZEN Institute multiple leading lean implementations using the powerful focused improvement workshop model which involves changing the mindset of people in a short period of time. He specializes in Flow Manufacturing and Zero Defect concepts to increase productivity, improve quality, enhance delivery performance and cut costs. He has learned under S.Durai Rajan, a direct disciple of global kaizen guru Sensei Masaaki Imai
